- 6 lb. beef stew meat
- 3 small bags carrots, diced
- 3 (32 oz.) cans tomatoes
- 1 c. tapioca
- 3 Tbsp. salt
- 3 dashes of pepper
- thyme to taste
- marjoram to taste
- rosemary to taste
- 3 c. celery, diced
- 30 potatoes, diced
- 2 pkg. onion soup mix
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
Method
- Combine all ingredients in large kettle.
- Do not brown meat. Cover and bake 7 hours at 250°, or until done.
