- 2 lb. Market Day stew meat
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 pkg. onion-mushroom soup mix
- 1 c. Market Day frozen corn
- 1 c. Market Day frozen peas
- 1 c. Market Day frozen green beans
- 3 Market Day potatoes, cubed
- 1 c. Market Day frozen carrots
- 1 can beef broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- water as needed
- salt and pepper as needed
Method
- Cube meat into small chunks.
- Coat meat with flour and soup mix.
- Add rest of ingredients.
- Add as much water as you think needed.
- Season.
- Put in 350° oven for 1 hour, then turn down oven to 325° or 300° and leave in oven for 2 or 3 hours.
