Ingredients

  • 2 lb. Market Day stew meat
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 pkg. onion-mushroom soup mix
  • 1 c. Market Day frozen corn
  • 1 c. Market Day frozen peas
  • 1 c. Market Day frozen green beans
  • 3 Market Day potatoes, cubed
  • 1 c. Market Day frozen carrots
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • water as needed
  • salt and pepper as needed

Method

  • Cube meat into small chunks.
  • Coat meat with flour and soup mix.
  • Add rest of ingredients.
  • Add as much water as you think needed.
  • Season.
  • Put in 350° oven for 1 hour, then turn down oven to 325° or 300° and leave in oven for 2 or 3 hours.
