- 4 to 6 chicken breasts
- 1/2 c. corn syrup
- 3 c. cooked rice
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. slivered almonds
- 1/2 c. wine
- 3 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 jar chopped mushrooms
Method
- Prepare a marinade of wine, corn syrup and cooking oil. Marinate 4 to 6 chicken breasts for at least 1 hour.
