Ingredients
- 1 lb. sausage
- 1 doz. eggs
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 4 c. milk
- 12 slices bread
- 2 tsp. dry mustard
Method
- Brown sausage; drain grease. Crumble up and cool. Trim crusts from bread and cut into cubes.
- Mix all ingredients together and put into a greased 9 x 13-inch rectangular pan. Refrigerate overnight. When ready to cook, bake 60 minutes at 350°.
- Let set for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
