Ingredients
- 2 sticks (1 cup) margarine
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. brown sugar (packed)
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 3 c. rolled oats
- 12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Method
- Cream margarine. Add sugars, eggs, water and vanilla. Sift flour and soda together. Add to creamed mixture and blend thoroughly. Add oats chocolate chips and nuts. Drop by teaspoonful onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in moderate oven (375°) for about 10 minutes.
