Ingredients
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
Method
- Cut large onions into rings.
- Dry thoroughly and coat with flour.
- Mix ingredients well to form a batter.
- Dip the floured onion rings into the batter and drain off excess.
- Fry in deep hot oil until brown.
- Drain on paper.
