Ingredients
- 1 c. no-fat sour cream
- 1 shallot, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh tarragon or 1 tsp. dried
- salt and pepper to taste
- chopped chives, fresh
Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, cover and refrigerate at least one hour prior to use.
- Use as a dollop for soups, for baked potatoes or as a dip.
- Sprinkle with chives, or they may be combined with all ingredients.
- The choice is yours.
