Ingredients
- 1 stick (1/2 cup) margarine, melted
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can cream corn
- 8 oz sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 pkg (8 1/2 oz) Jiffy corn mix
Method
- Preheat oven to 350
- Grease or non-stick spray 9x9 pan
- Mix ingredients together
- Pour into greased 9x9 pan
- Bake 45 min, or until top is golden brown
- Cool to tolerable levels, but serve warm
