Ingredients

  • 1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 (16 oz.) carton Ricotta cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) bag shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 lb. lasagna noodles
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Method

  • Brown hamburger; add sauce and water.
  • Simmer.
  • In 9 x 13-inch pan, spread 1 1/2 cups of meat mixture in bottom.
  • One layer of noodles, then 1/2 Ricotta cheese and 1/2 Mozzarella cheese.
  • Top with one more layer of noodles, then 1/2 Ricotta cheese and 1/2 Mozzarella cheese.
  • Pour rest of meat mixture on top.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  • Let sit overnight.
  • Cook at 350° for 1 hour.
