Ingredients
- 2 c. chopped cooked chicken
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- potato chips
- 2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. slivered almonds
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Method
- Combine in large bowl; mix well.
- Put in lightly buttered casserole.
- Sprinkle crushed potato chips on top.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until it bubbles through.
