Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. fructose
  • 6 pkg. Sweet-One (diabetic sweetener)
  • 1/4 c. margarine, melted
  • 2 large eggs (or egg substitute)
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter Buds sprinkles
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/3 c. flour
  • 1/3 c. cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Method

  • Spray 8-inch square pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  • In bowl, stir fructose, Sweet-One, margarine, eggs, Butter Buds and vanilla.
  • Stir in dry ingredients just until blended.
  • Spread in pan.
  • Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
