Ingredients
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1 1/4 c. warm water
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 3 1/2 c. flour
Method
- Mix yeast, warm water and salt and pepper and let stand 10 minutes.
- Add oil and flour.
- Knead and let rise 2 hours.
- Punch down and let rise half hour more.
- Spread on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Top with favorite topping.
- Bake at 450° for 20 minutes.
