Ingredients
- 3 c. biscuit mix
- 1 lb. pork sausage (room temperature)
- 10 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
Method
- Crumble the sausage and mix with cheese.
- Add biscuit mix, one cup at a time.
- Form into small balls (about one inch in diameter) and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake in a preheated 350° to 375° oven until light brown (13 to 15 minutes).
- Cooking may take a few extra minutes if balls are frozen.
- Serve warm.
- Makes about seven dozen.
