Ingredients
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 3/4 stick oleo
- 1 1/2 c. Minute rice
- 1 (10 oz.) frozen broccoli (chopped)
- 3 oz. can mushrooms, drained (if desired)
- 2 Tbsp. oleo, melted
- 1/2 c. very fine crumbs
Method
- Blend soup and Cheez Whiz and melt in saucepan over low heat. Saute onion, celery and 3/4 stick oleo.
- Add Minute rice and broccoli.
- Add soup and cheese mixture; mix all together.
- Add mushrooms, if desired.
- Put into greased casserole.
- Top with 2 tablespoons melted oleo and crumbs.
- Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
