Ingredients
- 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 2 c. sour cream
Method
- Put in greased pan all ingredients and top with 2 cups rolled corn flakes and 1/4 stick melted butter.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
