Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (one stick) room temp butter
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup chopped walnuts (can use any nut you prefer)
  • 1 packages softened cream cheese (8oz)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping (i used homemade but u can use store bought)
  • 2 3.9oz boxes chocolate pudding (you can change it up many ppl use butterscotch or pistacio)
  • 3 cup milk
  • 1 -2 cups whipped topping
  • 1 any chopped nuts you prefer
  • 1 shaved chocolate

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • Mix together crust ingredients until it looks similar to cookie dough.
  • Spread in a 9x13 in glass baking dish, press into pan.
  • Bake for about 20 min or til lightly browned.
  • Remove from oven and let cool completely.
  • Mix cream cheese with powdered sugar til creamed, add in whipped topping.
  • Spread onto cooled crust.
  • Using a whisk beat the chocolate pudding and milk together for about 3 min or til slightly thickened.
  • Spread onto cream cheese mixture.
  • Spread the remaining whipped cream onto chocolate pudding, spreading easily making sure not to mix the whipped cream and pudding together.
  • Top with nuts and shaved chocolate if you prefer.
  • You could do an treo version of this cake also, or like I mentioned above you can use pistacio pudding or butterscotch pudding.
