Ingredients
- 2 whole boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 c. cashews
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. cooking sherry
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- pinch of salt
- pinch of pepper
- 1 Tbsp. oil
Method
- Marinate chicken in
- soy
- sauce,
- sherry and cornstarch for 2 to 4 hours.
- Heat oil in a medium-high wok.
- Add chicken and onions and cook
- quickly, stirring
- constantly.
- Add cashews; heat slightly and serve with rice.
