Ingredients

  • 1 pound Lean Ground Beef
  • 3 stalks Celery, Sliced
  • 1 whole Small Onion, Chopped
  • 1 whole Green Pepper, Chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic, Minced
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/4 cups Ketchup
  • 1/4 cups Heinz Chili Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Dried Parsley Flakes
  • 2 teaspoons Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Dry Mustard Powder
  • 3/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoons Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoons Chili Powder
  • 1 can (5.5 Oz) Tomato Paste
  • 6 Hamburger Buns
  • Cheddar Cheese ( Sliced Or Grated)

Method

  • In a large saucepan, cook the beef, celery, onion, green pepper and garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain grease if needed.
  • Stir in next 13 ingredients (which is everything else on the above list, except the buns and the cheese).
  • Bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 1 hour.
  • Cut hamburger buns in half and place on baking pan.
  • Spoon mixture onto bun halves and cover with cheddar cheese.
  • Put in oven and broil until cheese is melted and buns are nicely toasted.
  • Serve and Enjoy!
