Ingredients
- 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. dark cherry Jell-O
- 2 c. hot water
- 1 (16 1/2 oz.) can blueberries, drained
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 1/2 c. prepared whipped topping
Method
- Dissolve Jell-O in hot water.
- Add 1 1/2 cups of the pineapple juice.
- Chill until thick, but not completely set.
- Add blueberries and pecans.
- Reserve 1/2 cup Jell-O and mix with whipped topping.
- Return Jell-O mixture and whipped topping mixture to refrigerator.
- Chill until completely set.
- When ready to serve, spread topping mixture over Jell-O mixture and cut into squares.
