Ingredients
- 1 lb. large mushrooms, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. light sour cream
- 1/2 c. plain nonfat yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. fine breadcrumbs
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Simmer the mushrooms and onion in the margarine over low heat, covered, for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Place in shallow pan.
- Mix together the sour cream, yogurt, flour, salt and pepper.
- Pour over mushrooms.
- Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
- Bake 10 to 15 minutes.
- Serves 4.
