Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower, chopped
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 2 stalks broccoli, chopped
- 1 bottle Italian dressing
- 1 pkg. rotini noodles (3 color)
- 2 pkg. dried Italian salad dressing
- ham, chicken, shrimp (optional)
Method
- Clean vegetables and pour boiling water over them, then rinse in cold water.
- Marinate in Italian dressing overnight.
- Cook rotini noodles and add pasta to vegetables.
- Then sprinkle with 1 or 2 packages dried Italian mix.
- Add ham or chicken or shrimp. Refrigerate.
