Ingredients
- 1 c. butter
- 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. plain flour
- 2 Tbsp. water
Method
- Cream softened butter and confectioners sugar together in a bowl.
- Add vanilla and water; stir.
- Gradually mix in flour and pecans; stir together until completely blended.
- Roll dough into small individual balls and flatten slightly.
- Put in a greased cookie pan and bake at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes, until slightly brown.
- Then roll in powdered sugar when cool enough to handle.
