Ingredients
- 1 3/4 c. eggnog
- 1 1/2 c. pumpkin
- 1/2 c. light brown sugar
- 1/2 c. maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 Large eggs, slightly beaten
Method
- Scald eggnog and combine other ingredients.
- Add in egg last.
- Pour into unbaked pie shell.
- Bake at 425 degrees till set.
