Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. corn syrup
- 1 c. pecans
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Method
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add syrup, well-beaten eggs, salt and vanilla.
- When well mixed, add coarsely chopped pecans.
- Turn into pie plate lined with pastry.
- Bake in moderate 350° oven about 1/2 to 1 hour or until firm.
