Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) oil
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) soy sauce or teriyaki sauce
- 3 Tbsp (45 ml) honey
- 2 Tbsp (30 ml) red or cider vinegar
- 1-1/2 tsp (7 ml) garlic powder
- 1-1/2 tsp (7 ml) ground ginger
Method
- To marinate london broil, or other steak, poke holes in the meat, cover with marinade, and refrigerate up to 2 days, turning occasionally.
