Ingredients
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. sifted all-purpose flour
- 1/4 c. sifted cocoa
- 1/2 c. chocolate chips
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)
Method
- Measure and place all ingredients, except chocolate chips, in mixing bowl.
- Blend well with spoon.
- Pour into 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly across top of brownies. Bake at 375° for 25 minutes.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.
