Ingredients
- 8 large potatoes, pared
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/4 c. dairy sour cream
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- butter
- paprika
Method
- Boil potatoes in salted water until tender; drain and mash. Add cream cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper, mixing well.
- Put in greased 2-quart casserole or may be stored in the refrigerator for several days.
