Ingredients
- 5 1/2 oz. uncooked macaroni
- 1 c. salad dressing
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 1 c. frozen sweet peas, thawed and drained
- 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
Method
- Cook macaroni; drain.
- Rinse with cold water.
- Combine salad dressing, onion, sugar, relish and mustard.
- Blend well.
- Stir in cooked macaroni, peas and eggs.
- Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
