- 2 large onions
- 2 lb. ground chili meat
- 2 Tbsp. paprika
- 8 c. beef broth
- 1/2 c. Burgundy wine
- 1 Tbsp. salt or to taste
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 3 chopped green peppers
- 2 tsp. caraway seed
- 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can diced, undrained tomatoes
- 3 medium potatoes, cubed
Method
- Saute vegetables.
- Add meat and all other ingredients, except potatoes. Simmer until meat is tender. Add potatoes.
- Cook 45 minutes longer.
- Garnish with sour cream and green onions.
