Ingredients

  • 8 chicken breasts, cooked and deboned
  • 1 c. chicken broth
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 stacks Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1 1/2 sticks melted butter

Method

  • Mix together sour cream, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup and chicken broth. Place chicken in 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Pour mixture over chicken. Mix cracker crumbs with butter and spread over casserole. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes, until crackers are brown.
