Ingredients

  • 4 lb. uncooked, large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 c. unsalted butter or margarine
  • 1/2 c. olive oil
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 4 large garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • Parmesan cheese, grated

Method

  • Divide shrimp equally among 4 small au gratin dishes; set aside.
  • In saucepan, heat butter or margarine with olive oil.
  • Add remaining ingredients, except cheese.
  • Cook 5 minutes over medium heat.
