- 4 lb. uncooked, large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 c. unsalted butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 4 large garlic cloves, minced
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
- 1 tsp. salt
- Parmesan cheese, grated
Method
- Divide shrimp equally among 4 small au gratin dishes; set aside.
- In saucepan, heat butter or margarine with olive oil.
- Add remaining ingredients, except cheese.
- Cook 5 minutes over medium heat.
