Ingredients
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1 c. warm water
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 c. margarine, melted
- 4 c. all-purpose flour
Method
- Dissolve yeast in warm water.
- Add salt, sugar, eggs, margarine, then flour.
- Stir.
- Let stand in refrigerator overnight. Roll out on lightly floured board 1/4-inch thick and cut like pieces of pie.
- Roll from wide end to point.
- Set on greased cookie sheet and let stand about 3 hours before baking at 425° for about 15 minutes.
- Add more flour if dough is too thin.
- Unused dough keeps well until needed.
