Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups boiling water
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) JELL-O Lemon Flavor Gelatin
- 2 cups cold apple juice
- 1 each small green and red apple, chopped
Method
- Add boiling water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir 2 min.
- until completely dissolved.
- Stir in cold juice.
- Refrigerate 1-1/2 hours or until thickened.
- Stir in apples.
- Pour into 6-cup mold or glass bowl sprayed with cooking spray.
- Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
- Unmold before serving.
