Ingredients

  • 4 to 6 chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch strips
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing mix
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Accent (optional)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 2 c. oil

Method

  • Mix egg, milk and poultry seasoning in bowl and set aside. Mix flour, dressing mix, salt, pepper and Accent in large bowl with fitted cover (or gallon Ziploc bag).
  • Heat 2 cups oil on stove in large frying pan.
  • Dip chicken strips in egg mixture and then in flour mixture and fry until golden brown, turning once.
