Ingredients
- 1 lb. pork sausage
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1 can cranberry sauce
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Method
- Mix sausage, eggs, crumbs, salt and poultry seasoning.
- Melt cranberry sauce and mustard.
- Mix with meatballs.
- Serve warm.
