Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 large onion
- 1 c. bell pepper
- 16 c. tomatoes (4 large cans)
- 1 c. rice
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
Method
- Brown beef, onion and bell pepper; drain.
- Cook tomatoes, rice and Italian seasoning; let it go to boiling.
- Turn down heat; cover and let it simmer until rice is tender.
- Mix with beef. Pour into baking pan or dish.
- Top with shredded Cheddar cheese and melt in a 350° oven.
- Great.
