Ingredients
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1 large box jello, any flavor (I like apricot)
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1 large Cool Whip
Method
- Pour pineapple with juice in boiler along with jello.
- Mix well.
- Bring mixture to a bubbling boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; pour into serving container and refrigerate until it starts to thicken.
- Then stir in buttermilk and Cool Whip.
- Return to refrigerator until set.
