- 5 to 6 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced thinly
- Mrs. Dash to taste
- 2 lb. ground chuck
- 2 cans cream of whatever soup
- 1 can drained mixed vegetables
- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
Method
- Spray a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan with Pam.
- Layer potatoes, onion, mixed vegetables and Mrs. Dash to taste. Set aside.
- In skillet, stir-fry ground chuck until it changes color.
- Pour off excess oils. Add cream of whatever soup. Mix well.
- Pour over first pan. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes, until potatoes are tender. Sprinkle both cheeses on top.
- Bake an additional 5 minutes. Serve hot with salad and French bread.
