Ingredients

  • 5 to 6 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 1 small onion, sliced thinly
  • Mrs. Dash to taste
  • 2 lb. ground chuck
  • 2 cans cream of whatever soup
  • 1 can drained mixed vegetables
  • 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese

Method

  • Spray a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan with Pam.
  • Layer potatoes, onion, mixed vegetables and Mrs. Dash to taste. Set aside.
  • In skillet, stir-fry ground chuck until it changes color.
  • Pour off excess oils. Add cream of whatever soup. Mix well.
  • Pour over first pan. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes, until potatoes are tender. Sprinkle both cheeses on top.
  • Bake an additional 5 minutes. Serve hot with salad and French bread.
