Ingredients
- 1 c. Milnot
- 2 lemons
- 1 pkg. lime jello
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 1/4 c. water
- little green coloring
- grated 1/2 lemon rind
- either graham crackers or vanilla wafers
Method
- Chill Milnot overnight in refrigerator.
- Juice 2 lemons and grate 1/2 of 1 lemon.
- Set the jello and water in refrigerator until "soupy."
- Add sugar and coloring to lemon juice.
- Add jello and whipped Milnot.
- Roll crumbs and put in pan (line the bottoms and sides).
- Pour jello mixture in and sprinkle some of the crumbs on top.
- Set in refrigerator until firm.
