Ingredients

  • 1 c. Milnot
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 pkg. lime jello
  • 1/2 c. granulated sugar
  • 1/4 c. water
  • little green coloring
  • grated 1/2 lemon rind
  • either graham crackers or vanilla wafers

Method

  • Chill Milnot overnight in refrigerator.
  • Juice 2 lemons and grate 1/2 of 1 lemon.
  • Set the jello and water in refrigerator until "soupy."
  • Add sugar and coloring to lemon juice.
  • Add jello and whipped Milnot.
  • Roll crumbs and put in pan (line the bottoms and sides).
  • Pour jello mixture in and sprinkle some of the crumbs on top.
  • Set in refrigerator until firm.
