Ingredients

  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1 stick butter
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 3 1/3 c. flour, sifted
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. Watkins coconut flavoring
  • 1 tsp. Watkins rum extract
  • 1 tsp. Watkins butter flavoring
  • 1 tsp. Watkins lemon extract
  • 1 tsp. Watkins vanilla extract

Method

  • Cake:
  • Cream margarine, butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add eggs (unbeaten), one at a time, beating after each. Measure all-purpose flour (sifted).
  • Add baking powder and salt to flour mixture and add to creamed mixture alternately with milk. Stir in flavorings.
