Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 3 c. finely shredded cabbage
- 1/2 c. uncooked long grain rice
- vegetable cooking spray
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 2 packets Sweet 'N Low
- 1 1/4 c. water
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- In a medium size, nonstick skillet, brown beef and onion.
- Drain fat.
- Transfer beef and onion to 2 1/2-quart casserole.
- Combine with remaining ingredients.
- Bake, uncovered, about 45 minutes.
- Makes 4 servings.
