Ingredients
- 1 (8 or 9-inch) baked pie crust
- 1 (1 lb.) can apple pie filling
- 1 (3 1/8 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding and pie filling mix
- 1 small carton whipping cream, sweetened and whipped or nondairy whipped topping
- nutmeg or cinnamon
Method
- Prepare vanilla pudding according to directions on box.
- Spoon apple pie filling into baked pie crust.
- Spread vanilla pudding over filling.
- Top with whipped cream.
- Sprinkle with nutmeg or cinnamon.
