- 4 c. water
- 4 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 cube butter
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 2 c. long grain rice (white)
- 1 c. vermicelli, crushed and browned on a cookie sheet in broiler
Method
- Use a pan that can go from stove to oven with lid.
- Put water, bouillon, butter and seasonings in pan.
- Bring to boil.
- When butter is melted, add rice and browned vermicelli.
- Bring to a boil.
