Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain flour
  • 1 cup margarine, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • pinch of salt

Method

  • Cream powdered sugar and margarine.
  • Add flour and salt.
  • Pat down smoothly in a greased and floured 9x13 inch pan.
  • Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
  • While this is cooking prepare filling as directed.
  • Once done with filling, spread filling over cooked crust, reduce temperature to 325 degrees and bake for 25 minutes. Let cool completely in pan.
  • Cut into squares and dust with powdered sugar.
