Ingredients
- 2 cups plain flour
- 1 cup margarine, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- pinch of salt
Method
- Cream powdered sugar and margarine.
- Add flour and salt.
- Pat down smoothly in a greased and floured 9x13 inch pan.
- Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
- While this is cooking prepare filling as directed.
- Once done with filling, spread filling over cooked crust, reduce temperature to 325 degrees and bake for 25 minutes. Let cool completely in pan.
- Cut into squares and dust with powdered sugar.
