Ingredients
- 1 stick oleo or butter
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
- 1 box powdered sugar
Method
- Mix with fork the oleo (butter), cake mix and one egg.
- Dough should be very dry.
- Spread evenly in 9 x 13-inch greased pan. Mix in small bowl the cream cheese, 2 eggs and powdered sugar (reserve 2 tablespoons powdered sugar for topping).
- Spread mix on top of dough and bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
- Cake puffs but settles in the center when cooled.
- Sprinkle rest of sugar on top.
