Ingredients
- 1 pkg. lemon jello
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. hot water
- 1 can (large) milk (cold)
- juice of 2 lemons
- vanilla wafers
Method
- Mix lemon jello, sugar and hot water and then let cool. Beat milk and lemon juice
- together
- and add to jello mixture. Crumble vanilla wafers on
- bottom of long casserole dish, then pour in mixture.
- Crumble
- vanilla wafers on top. Freeze and cut in squares to serve.
