Ingredients
- 1 lb. fish (sole, flounder, sea bass, trout, haddock)
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. fine dry bread crumbs
- salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder to taste
Method
- Brush each fillet with mayonnaise.
- Mix cheese and crumbs. Roll fish in mixture.
- Bake in 375° oven until fish is slightly browned and flakes easily.
