Ingredients
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 2 eggs
- 4 small lemons
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- vanilla wafers
Method
- Separate eggs.
- In greased pie dish, make a crust with crumbs and vanilla wafers.
- Mix egg yolks with Eagle Brand milk and then add juice of 4 lemons.
- Pour into pie dish.
- Beat egg whites and add 2 tablespoons sugar.
- Put on top of pie and bake at 325° until slightly brown.
- Store in refrigerator.
