Ingredients
- 2 lbs asparagus
- 14 cup olive oil
- 1 lemon, scrubbed
- coarse salt
- fresh ground black pepper
Method
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Toss asparagus with olive oil and season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Slice lemon very thin and layer on a baking sheet.
- spread asparagus over top of the lemon and roast for 15 minutes.
- Aspargus should become tender and just starting to brown.
- Serve.
