Ingredients
- 1 box of Duncan Hines(Pudding in the mix) Lemond Cake Mix
- 1 9 oz coolwhip container (not lite or fat free!)
- 2 large eggs
- confectioners sugar
Method
- mix cake mix, coolwhip and eggs together until they form a batter like consistency. Using a kitchen made or hand beaters will work best. Drop balls of batter into a bowl of confectioners sugar and coat. Put on a greased or silpat covered sheet pan. Bake until lightly brown, normally takes 8-9 minutes but varies on size of cookie drops.
